Being a preferred provider saves you money! It simply means that our practice has a contract with a health insurance company to charge our patients a specific schedule of fees for different procedures. We are Preferred Providers for Bupa and HBF and we are now part of the HCF “More for Teeth” programme and NIB “First Choice Program”.

Essentially, using a Practice that is a Preferred Provider means you pay less! If you are with these Health Funds, depending on the level of coverage that you have with your private health insurer, you will generally have to pay a smaller gap for certain treatments as our fees are capped by the Health Funds and the benefit they pay for your treatment is higher. All of this means less out-of-pocket expenses for you.
